Our classroom facilities are located in the North end of Columbus Ohio just minutes off the I-71 freeway. We are located on the fifth floor of 1105 Schrock Road, Columbus Ohio 43229. All classroom classes are conducted at this facility. Fieldwork is done at occupied and vacant homes throughout the Columbus area.
There is plenty of parking at our facility. There are many options for lunch. You can pack your lunch, dine in the reasonably priced cafe in located in the building, or visit numerous restaurants within a few minutes drive.
If you need a hotel, there are many reasonably priced hotels in the area. The list below are a few that are close by:
- If you are coming from out of town to take our pre-licensing classes and don't want to commute, you will probably need a room Mon - Thurs both weeks of the 80 hour class and Mon - Wed the week of the 40 hour class. Call us if you have questions. Ask the hotel about weekly rates, the per night rate is much cheaper.
- Typically you get the best rate by calling the hotel's front desk (the numbers we provide below). Tell them you are shopping around and ask for a better rate.
